Roksanda , CEO
Gill started his career as an architect, before switching to finance, working in an advisory role for Deloitte London.
Gill then made the decision to leave the corporate world and co-founded a luxury apparel start-up targeted at the Indian bridal market, relocating to Mumbai, India.
Gill later moved back to London to join a family office fund looking at growing a portfolio of British luxury brands, which at the time included Roksanda, where he joined the board.
In March 2018, at the age of 30, he was asked to take over as CEO of Roksanda. He has since focused on restructuring the business, delivering a number of improved business metrics, as well as launching a global collaboration with Lululemon.
In September 2020, Gill joined the executive board of the British Fashion Council to support the reset of the Council’s cause within the industry. The role builds on Gill’s passion for mentorship and championing emerging British brands on an international level.
