For close to 20 years I have worked with and successfully grown some of the largest and most well known consumer and retail brands across multiple sectors and multiple countries. I am passionate about creating what author Kevin Roberts calls `Love Marks - Brands with Loyalty beyond reason´. 

Before coming to the UK, I spent 6 years in Geneva, Switzerland, working on some of the worlds largest luxury brands and running the marketing and communications for global beauty businesses including Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, ESCADA - launching some of there brands most successful beauty franchises and delivering +50% topline growth. Before that I was with Procter & Gamble in the US, running various US and Global beauty brands. 

For the last 3+ years I was with Shop Direct as the Group Marketing and Creative Director helping to deliver double digit topline and PBT growth. 

I am passionate about building and growing iconic brands and the disciplined customer focus it takes to achieve that objective. I’m an avid reader and maintain an Instagram page focused on promoting the power of positive thinking and the celebration of all of life’s beauty (@BeautifulNoun). 

Originally from the US (Charlotte, North Carolina) I now live in Liverpool with my partner and young son.
