AllSaints , CEO
Wood first joined AllSaints as CFO in 2010 and became COO in 2016. He was appointed CEO in the summer of 2018 and in 2020 he also became CEO of John Varvatos when AllSaints stepped in to take over the management of the US-based alternative luxury brand.
Wood qualified as a chartered accountant 24 years ago specialising in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen in Scotland and London and has over the years gained considerable experience working with leading UK entrepreneurs and private equity firms helping them to deliver their growth ambitions. His first CFO role was based in Edinburgh with multi-brand denim and casualwear retailer USC, which at the time was Diesel’s largest wholesale customer in Europe. Wood played a key role in the turnaround and rapid growth of the business over five years and delivered a successful exit for owner Bridgepoint Capital in 2004.
Wood has a first class combined honours bachelor of science degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Glasgow and lives in Hampshire with his wife, daughter and son.
