Zoe Matthews joined Shop Direct in 2014, tasked with strengthening the digital retailer’s fashion and product agendas across both its branded and own brand clothing and footwear ranges. Prior to that, she was European buying director at Gap. Earlier in her career, Zoe was senior head of buying and design at White Stuff and head of buying at House of Fraser and spent time in senior buying roles at John Lewis and Marks & Spencer.

Shop Direct is the UK’s second largest pureplay digital retailer, with annual sales in the last financial year of almost £1.9 billion. Our digital department store brands are Very.co.uk, Littlewoods.com, VeryExclusive.co.uk and LittlewoodsIreland.ie. In the last financial year, we received an average of more than 1.4 million website visits every day, with 67% of online sales completed on mobile devices.
